Thank you for choosing SupaGrasp. We strive to provide the best possible service and experience for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our subscription services.
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion and solely in accordance with the following terms:
Requests submitted after the 7-day window, or after included subscription credits have been consumed during that period, will not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a refund request, you can contact our support team via email or by logging into the subscription page within the app. If your cancellation is eligible under our 7-day money-back guarantee and Zero Usage Window, we may automatically initiate the refund to your original payment method. Usage that stays within your pre-existing credit balance does not disqualify the refund. Please include your order details and the reason for your refund request when contacting support.
App Store (Apple) and Google Play: If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation and refund requests may need to be completed in your device account settings or through Apple or Google's refund flows. SupaGrasp does not control whether Apple or Google approves a refund; when a refund or purchase reversal is confirmed to us (including via our billing partners), we will align your subscription status, credits, and access as described in Section 4 below.

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund if manual review is required.
If your request is approved, or if an eligible in-app cancellation triggers an automatic refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. Refund timing for purchases billed through Apple or Google follows those platforms' policies and may differ.
A refund, chargeback, or purchase reversal means the underlying payment for your subscription may no longer be valid. To keep our service fair and financially accurate, we may take one or more of the following actions when we process that event (including after we receive updates from payment partners such as Lemon Squeezy, RevenueCat, Apple, or Google):
There may be a short delay between when your bank or app store shows a refund and when our systems receive and fully apply the corresponding billing update. During that window, our policy is still to correct your account once the reversal is confirmed; this section describes the outcome we apply after confirmation, not a guarantee of instant real-time sync.
We may review accounts or activity where we suspect abuse of refunds, chargebacks, multi-account circumvention, or attempts to obtain paid benefits without a valid purchase. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Please note that cancellation of a subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund unless it meets the 7-day money-back guarantee and Zero Usage Window described in Section 1. If your cancellation qualifies, including when your usage only consumed pre-existing credits, SupaGrasp may automatically initiate the refund to your original payment method.
